Gorowame — Learn From Every Conversation

Support

Gorowame records a conversation and turns it into a transcript, a summary, the decisions made and the action items agreed. If something is not working, or you want to know what happens to your recordings, this page is the whole answer.

Getting help

Email hello@gorowame.com. It reaches a person, not a queue, and it is the only support channel — there is no phone line and no chat widget, so nothing here will tell you to wait on hold.

We aim to reply within two business days. That is a target rather than a guarantee, and it is deliberately one we can meet in a busy week rather than one that reads well.

It helps to include the date and rough time of the meeting you are asking about, and what you expected to happen instead. Please do not paste transcripts or attach audio unless we ask — we would rather not hold a copy of your recording in a mailbox.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Payments already made are not refunded. This does not remove any right the law where you live gives you — some countries and states grant a cancellation or withdrawal period on purchases made online, and those rights apply whatever this page says.

Prices, what each plan includes, and what happens when you go over a plan’s recording hours are all on the pricing page.

Your recordings and your account

You can delete any single meeting from the meeting itself — the recording, transcript, summary, decisions and action items go with it, immediately and for good.

Each workspace decides how long recordings are kept — anything from a day to ten years, or forever — in its settings. When a recording passes that age, the audio is deleted from storage and then the meeting is removed.

Deleting a workspace hides it immediately and gives you 30 days to change your mind. After that it is erased for good, audio included. The grace period is fixed at 30 days on purpose rather than following the workspace’s own retention setting — a company on a one-day policy should not lose everything to a misclick by tomorrow morning.

You can delete your account from your settings. If that would strand a workspace that still has other members in it, Gorowame refuses and tells you which one rather than removing it silently.

What is recorded, who else it is sent to, and how long it is kept are all in the privacy policy.

Is it down, or is it me?

Service health answers in plain JSON and needs no login. If it reports a problem, we already know. If it looks fine and Gorowame does not, that is worth an email.

You do not need an account to email us.
