Gorowame — Learn From Every Conversation

Pricing

AI meeting notes pricing, per workspace and not per person

Gorowame is priced on the one thing it actually pays for: hours of recorded audio. Not seats, not the number of meetings, not which features you are allowed to touch. Bring one person or thirty — the bill does not move.

Start with 5 free recordings and no card. Paid plans include 15, 40 or 100 hours a month, every feature in the product, and as many recordings as you like inside those hours.

Pricing

Start free, and pay only when Gorowame is doing real work for you

Priced per workspace, not per person — bring your whole team on any plan without the bill moving.

You are never charged unless you choose a plan. Free needs no card and stays free. The limits below are real: when a plan’s hours are used up, new recordings pause — a recording already under way is never cut off, and anything you have recorded stays yours to read. Cancel whenever you like and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

An account that is free today will not quietly start costing money. Recording hours are what Gorowame pays for, so they are the only thing the plans count — no limit on how many recordings you make, and no charge per person, so the price is the same whether one of you uses it or thirty. Every feature is in every paid plan, including the ones other tools reserve for their most expensive tier.

What counts as an hour

An hour is an hour of audio you recorded. Worth reading once, because a metered plan you do not understand is a plan you cannot trust.

Only recording counts. Reading a transcript, asking questions of a meeting, exporting, sharing a link, inviting colleagues and connecting a calendar all cost nothing and are counted by nothing.

A failed transcript is never charged twice. The meter reads the audio you recorded, not the work done on it, so a transcription that has to be retried costs you nothing extra.

The allowance is per workspace, per calendar month. It starts again on the first of the month rather than on the anniversary of the day you subscribed, so everybody’s month begins on the same date.

There is no per-recording length limit. A three-hour recording is one recording; long audio is split and uploaded in parts behind the scenes and comes back as a single meeting and a single transcript.

One price for the whole team

Most meeting-notes tools charge per user, so the bill grows with the org chart. This one does not have a seat count to grow with — a workspace costs what its plan costs, and everybody in it gets everything.

The same is true of features. There is no tier that unlocks asking questions of your meetings, or exporting, or sharing, or offline recording on a phone — every paid plan has all of it, and the only difference between them is how many hours you may record.

What the free plan is, exactly

Stated precisely rather than generously, because finding out afterwards is worse than reading it now.

  • 5 recordings, once, per account. Not 5 a month, and not 5 per workspace — making a second workspace does not make more. There is no time limit on them and no length limit on each one.
  • Deleting a meeting does not give one back. A used recording stays used. Otherwise the trial would refill itself and “5 recordings” would mean nothing.
  • You get the whole pipeline, not a preview of it. Transcript, summary, decisions, action items and questions about the meeting, on all 5 of them.
  • Editing and export are the two paid parts. On Free you cannot change an action item’s wording, owner or due date, and you cannot download a meeting — you can still tick items off, and everything stays readable for as long as you keep the account.
  • Recording in a workspace that pays does not spend your five. If your employer is on a plan, your own free allowance is untouched.

Reaching the ceiling, and paying for it

A recording that has started is never cut off. The allowance is checked at one moment only — when you press record on a new one. Audio that exists is always stored and always transcribed, whatever the numbers say, because losing a meeting somebody has already sat through is worse than any limit is worth.

Nothing is ever charged on top of the plan. There is no per-hour overage and no automatic top-up: when the hours are gone, new recordings wait for the first of the month, and the bill is the plan price and nothing else.

Plans are paid in advance and cancelled whenever you like. You are charged for the period you choose, with the price shown before you pay and tax added where it applies. Cancelling keeps the plan working to the end of the period already paid for, and then it stops renewing.

Payments already made are not refunded. That does not remove any right the law where you live gives you — several jurisdictions grant a withdrawal period on distance contracts whatever a merchant publishes, and those rights stand. Checkout is hosted by our payment provider, so card details never reach Gorowame.

A plan is bought from your workspace settings rather than from this page, because a checkout has to know which workspace it is for. Questions about an invoice go to hello@gorowame.com, and the answer usually takes two business days.

Pricing questions

  • Is there a free plan, and does it need a card?

Yes, and no card. You get 5 recordings of any length, with transcripts, summaries, decisions and action items on all of them. It is a trial rather than a tier to live on, which is why it is counted once per account rather than reset every month.

  • Am I charged per person?

No. A plan covers a workspace, and there is no limit on how many people are in it — the price is the same for one person and for thirty. Recording hours are what Gorowame pays for, so hours are the only thing it counts.

  • What happens if I go over my hours?

New recordings pause until the allowance returns on the first of the month, and you are warned once you pass 80% rather than at the ceiling. Nothing is deleted, everything you have already recorded stays readable, and upgrading adds hours immediately. You are never billed for more than your plan.

  • Can I cancel, and do I get a refund?

You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not renew after that. Payments already made are not refunded — that does not remove any right the law where you live gives you, and several countries grant a withdrawal period on anything bought online whatever a merchant publishes.

  • Do I lose my recordings if I go back to Free?

No. Nothing is hidden or deleted when a plan ends: every transcript and summary you made stays readable. What Free does not include is editing what the AI produced and exporting a meeting — you can still tick action items off.

  • How long are recordings kept?

For as long as your workspace decides — anything from a day to ten years, or forever, which is the default. It is a setting rather than a plan feature, so it is the same on every plan, Free included.
